MSO Law offers a full array of estate planning services designed to preserve your assets and minimize taxes. While many of our clients have modest estates, our client portfolio includes those with a net worth in excess of $100 million.

We custom design estate plans to meet your specific needs. This may include simple wills, complex wills, living trusts, charitable lead and remainder trusts, powers of attorney, and living wills (healthcare directives). When appropriate we also prepare prenuptial agreements, family partnerships and family limited liability companies (LLCs), domestic partnership agreements and guardianships.
